Entering the Royal Castle

When you enter the Royal Castle, you will see almost the same structure on the inside of the courtyard. It may interest you to know that thbe Royal Castle in Old Town was razed to ground during the Nazi occupation. This castle was built from scratch using much of the artifacts, bricks, and artwork saved from the former castle. The money used to build the castle was donated from Polish all over the world, and not a single Zloty (Polish money) was taken from taxes or goveernment funds.
